KALIMPONG

Kalimpong is a serene hill station in west bengal. It is one of the lesser explored hill stations especially from people outside the same locality. It is also a place that is filled with Tibetan monasteries. It is also rich in crafts and churches. All this make this a beautiful location to visit and spend time in. There are many flower vendors in this area. The reason for this being a wide variety of flowers grown and farmed in this region.





It is best to visit this place in the cooler months as the weather is just mesmerizing. March to June the experience with the flowers is different all together. Whereas the time from September to December is a whole new experience.

BISHNUPUR

Bishnupur is a beautiful place in Bankura district of West Bengal that everyone should explore thoroughly. It is a quite and beautiful town that will surely offer you the peace and quite that you are out looking for. It’s specialty are its terracotta temples that as old as time and as precious as gems and nothing like you have ever seen before.Connoisseurs of art, come and buy terracotta figurines, Baluchari sarees and other neat handicrafts that Bishnupur specializes in. There is also a huge mela during makar sankranti where you can see the local artifacts and other such products.





The best time to visit Bishnupur is in the months of October through march.Early mornings is the time there when date juice is extracted and given. This is particularly of great taste and is authentic to this location/

Lonar

Lonar is situated in Maharashtra. Lonar is very small and scarcely populated area which automatically translates to less pollution, quite and peace. It is situated around a major beautiful lake. This lake was a result of a massive meteorite that hit that spot around 55000 years ago. The meteorite left an impression which was filled with water resulting in the epic beauty and serenity. It is the only salt water lake formed in basaltic rock in the world, making it a hot-spot for scientific research. Apart from this natural phenomena adding to the offbeat nature of this place is the presence of naturally beautiful temples.





The best time to visit is October to March so that there enough time to enjoy the beauty and serenity. It is a good family vacation as well as a solo trip. It is once in a life time sight and would be an experience that will be cherished.

BHEDAGHAT

Bhedaghat is situated in Madhya Pradesh. It is one of those places that is one everyone's bucket list. It is often called the Marble Rocks of Bhedaghat this is the most supreme place one can visit to experience nature's wonder and disaster that led to a beautiful natural tourist destination. It is an extremely offbeat and untapped location that will give your soul and mind the peace that its been looking for. The major activity is the indulgence in the boat ride on the Narmada river with marble gorges of bhedaghat towering over feet together. It is sure that it will be memory for a lifetime.

BHIMBETKA

Bhimbetka is  situated in Madhya Pradesh. It is an extremely secluded area. Away from the city's crowd and pollution Bhimbetka is a historical treat to the mind. It is believed that this is the place where the Asian stone age began. It contains the earliest rock paintings.The paintings are as old as 30,000 years old. It is the first proof of human existence in the Indian Subcontinent. Bhimbetka was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 2003. It gives you a beautiful insight on our culture and heritage.



Bhimbetka can be be visited between October to April. It is usually closed during the monsoon seasons. It is a must visit place to learn and feel pride in the Indian culture and heritage.

Gokarna

Gokarna is situated in Karnataka. It is famous for its clean and untouched beaches with give you the me time you have always wanted. It is relatively offbeat and is quickly gaining popularity among youngsters for its beauty. MAJULI

Manjuli is situated in Assam. It is famous as the “World’s largest fresh water island”. People of Manjuli usually use the term water water everywhere. It is a river island on the bank of River Brahmaputra.  It is an easily accessible place also since it is only 20 km from the city of jhorat. It is also called the culture capital of Assam. It is rightly given this name because Manjuli is always filled with the celebrations of various festivals throughout the year.
